In the event of a power outage the system will shutdown until power is restored. The system will not supply power to your property.
If you change your internet provider, your WiFi router or your WiFi login details you will need to reconnect your inverter to your internet.
To monitor a Solis system you need an app called Solis Cloud. This can be downloaded from an app store.
You don’t have to download and use the monitoring app on a mobile device. You can monitor your system via a web browser. Once your system is setup you can login to the Solis Cloud website through a web browser using your login and password credentials.
You can associate your inverter (or "plant") to an organisation using the Solis Cloud Mobile app. You will need Glow Green's installer code, which is 59064
Please see this video from Solis with further information on how to register your inverter
Instructions on how to monitor and change the settings of your Solis inverter can be found here. We recommend extreme caution be used when considering making adjustments to settings so as not to inadvertently create system problems.

Alarm codes will sometimes appear. These are notifications and do not necessarily mean there is a significant problem with your system. Notifications/alarm codes will often resolve themselves. These notifications are also sent to the manufacturers who will often apply fixes to optimise how your system is performing.
Most notifications are automatically resolved or can be self-managed.
A helpful guide of notifications/alarm codes and how to self-manage them can be found here.
